The terms on which this site is published and on which you may use it.

LAST UPDATED · 8 OCTOBER 2026

1. Acceptance

By using ambercactusparade.com you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may revise these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

2. Who we are

Amber Cactus Parade is an independent editorial website of guides to editing video. It is operated by Signs & Graphics, 516 Cahaba Park Cir, Birmingham, AL 35242, United States. You can contact us at hello@ambercactusparade.com or on +1-205-981-1026.

3. What the site provides

We publish articles and illustrations about video editing. We do not sell products or services through this site, we do not take payments, and there are no user accounts. The newsletter form is not currently connected to a mailing list, and the contact form only opens your own email app.

4. Acceptable use

You may read, print and share our pages for personal, educational or non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • republish substantial parts of our text or graphics commercially without written permission;
  • scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site without written permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems that host it;
  • disrupt the site, including through automated or excessive requests;
  • use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass, mislead or impersonate anyone;
  • remove or alter copyright, credit or licence notices.

Short quotations with a link back to the original page are welcome.

5. Intellectual property

Article text, layout, diagrams and design are owned by the operator or used under licence. Photographs are used under the Pexels Licence, and their sources are recorded in the page source. Icons are drawn from open-source icon sets under their permissive licences. Software, product and platform names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.

6. Third-party services and links

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may link to external websites. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7. No professional or legal advice

Our content is general information about editing practice. It is not professional advice for your specific project, and it is not legal advice, including about copyright, music licensing or permissions. Consult a qualified professional where the consequences matter. See our Disclaimer for more.

8. No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or up to date.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, footage, projects, time, opportunity or profit, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the operator against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

11. Changes to the site

We may update, suspend or remove any part of the site, including individual articles, at any time. We aim to note significant revisions on the page concerned.

12. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email hello@ambercactusparade.com with a description of the work, the URL of the material, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised. We will review the complaint promptly and remove material where appropriate.

13. Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Signs & Graphics is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you rights that cannot be excluded. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms: hello@ambercactusparade.com, or by post to Signs & Graphics, 516 Cahaba Park Cir, Birmingham, AL 35242, United States.
